渋谷区スポーツ協会と渋谷区が連携し、地域クラブ活動の新たな形として2025年4月に始動した「ストリートスポーツクラブ」。

また、2025年に14年ぶりに改正された「スポーツ基本法」では、従来の「する」「みる」「支える」に加え、「集う」「つながる」という価値が新たに盛り込まれました。このような時代背景のもとで、アーバンスポーツが持つ”開かれた環境性”や”多様性・即興性”といった特性が、部活動の地域移行や学校教育の再構築にどう貢献できるのか、注目が集まっています。

本セッションでは、教育・スポーツ・地域・カルチャーの各分野の実践者が集い、アーバンスポーツが子どもたちにとっての“居場所”となる可能性、地域社会との新たな接点の創出、そしてスポーツを通じた社会課題解決への貢献について、先進自治体の取り組みをもとに議論を深めます。部活動改革のその先を見据え、「人間の権利」としてのスポーツのあり方を再定義し、次世代を育むために今私たちができることを探っていきます。
